Welcome to MDC Homeschool Support Group, and thank you for your interest in this group. Whether you are well on your journey through homeschooling or at the beginning of the path, this group is here to walk with you and have a Great time.

The Miami-Dade County Homeschool Support Group was established in early 2008 to facilitate a strong sense of community among homeschool families in the Miami Dade County area. This group is OPEN to all Families in Miami Dade County.

We honor and invite all forms of homeschoolers.

We are excited to have you join us on this journey and are looking forward to learning more about your family! Please feel free to be open with us about Ideas, and events you may feel we should do. We want your Opinion always.

We all choose to homeschool for different reasons and there are no two homeschooling families that are alike. It's a basic human need to form connections and belong, but at the same time we need to maintain our individuality.

Field Trips

Do you like to organize groups? Is there a special place your family likes to visit? Arrange a field trip and share with the rest of the group.

We offer resources, events, and connections with other homeschoolers. Feeling overwhelmed or in need of advice? Wish to connect with other parents who can share your experiences? Come in to the member forum and discover the available support. While you're there, see what activities we have planned. Have an activity you would like to do and have others join you? Feel free to plan it and post it for the members. Not sure which curriculum might suit your needs? It's likely someone in the group is using it (or has in the past) and can give you their opinions.

We are an all-inclusive group, with no political or religious affiliations, and we welcome all homeschoolers.

• Homeschool Ring Sale.
• Ring Ceremony
• Graduation for All Seniors in Home Education in Miami-Dade County.
• Prom Night in Miami Dade County.

 We Really need your Support.  These Kids need this, and deserve to enjoy these wonderful things that are such a great part of your School Experience.
